• Driver: A registered user of Welzon Ride holding a wallet balance.
• Fund: The collective reserve amount contributed by drivers for community support.
• Donor: A driver who contributes voluntarily or mandatorily to the fund.
• Recipient: A driver who receives financial assistance through the fund.

This policy applies to all registered drivers, company employees, and financial systems participating in or supporting Welzon Ride’s driver assistance program.

• Hold Amount: Up to ₹50 will be mandatorily reserved in every active driver’s wallet as a basic hold amount for the assistance fund.
• Contribution: In special situations (such as marriage, medical emergencies, or accidents), drivers may voluntarily contribute ₹1–₹10 each.
• Fund Management: Welzon Ride acts only as a technical facilitator. The company charges no commission, processing fee, or administrative cost on collected funds.

• Drivers become part of the assistance fund only after providing explicit consent through the app or wallet interface.
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time and will take effect in the next valid cycle.
• Deductions already made are non-refundable, unless specified by an updated policy or administrative directive.

• Eligible Events: Marriage, medical emergencies, accidents, or natural disasters.
• Application Process: The applicant (driver or nominee) must submit valid ID, proof of the event, and relevant documents for verification.
• Disbursement: After verification, the approved amount will be paid directly to the recipient or vendor (e.g., hospital or service provider).

• Every contribution and disbursement is recorded transparently in each driver’s wallet statement.
• All receipts, proofs, and transaction logs are securely stored and can be reviewed on request for auditing purposes

• Drivers are advised to consult a tax advisor for compliance on large transfers.

• Personal information is collected only for verification and fund management purposes.
• All data is encrypted, securely stored, and used strictly under Welzon Ride’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

• Welzon Ride acts solely as a technical and administrative intermediary for fund management.
• The company is not responsible for personal disputes, misuse, or fraudulent claims.
• In case of misuse or fraud, strict action and possible account suspension will follow.

• Drivers may file formal complaints regarding fund deductions or distribution issues via official support channels.
• The company will respond within 7 days and aim to resolve issues within 30 days.
• Policy updates or amendments may occur periodically. Major changes will require renewed consent from participating drivers.

• All contributions, deductions, and payouts made under this Fund are system-verified, digitally recorded, and visible within the driver’s wallet dashboard for complete transparency and accountability.
